Refund Policy

Because the product is digital (PDF), refunds are handled under the following conditions:

  1. If payment was made but the PDF was not delivered due to our fault, a full refund may be issued.
  2. If the delivered file is corrupted or cannot be opened, we will provide a corrected re-delivery.
  3. If the issue persists after re-delivery and is confirmed, a full refund may be issued.
  4. If a correct digital file has been delivered, refunds for “changed my mind” are generally not applicable.
  5. To request a refund, email support with your name, date of payment, plan level, and a description of the issue.
  6. Requests are reviewed within up to 5 business days; refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible.
